If you have been in a hot and heavy relationship, you may have inadvertently ignored your friends and family while you were in the relationship. Now is the time for reconnecting with your girlfriends and family to help you get over your ex boyfriend and will be good for your social life.

Between your old friends, the new friends you make at the gym, in your class or hobby, and the activities you do to fill up your time, you will get through it and become a new person in the process.
