While it seems that a moving broker might be the best way to hire a moving company, using a broker makes it difficult for you to be sure that the companies they use are reliable, certified and properly insured.
I recommend finding your own movers. If you choose to use a broker, make sure you ask them detailed questions about the company, in particular their DOT number and company name so you can do your own research.
