How to Avoid a Bad First House Move


People often choose to relocate when they retire. Unfortunately, they sometimes make the wrong choice the first time, and then they have to relocate again. Here are some tips on how to avoid a bad first move.

Unseasonable A community to which you were attracted during a vacation turns out to be unappealing at other times of the year Visit during the off-season, or consider renting before making commitment
Overgrown A few years after you move, intensive development has spoiled your lifestyle Find out how fast the community is growing and how it might change
