Many people don’t think about this and often have trouble restarting the business in a new place because they have misplaced, lost, or thrown out the papers that they need. This is a common problem when people are changing offices, one way to help solve this problem is to make photocopies of all of the work papers that you have, this can be very helpful just in case a paper gets lost in the shuffle and cannot be found.

If you have a small company you probably only need one or two storage units, but the larger the company the more storage space you will need.
